At FlipRings, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the rings in their original jewelry box and secure them inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
